As a recent IT graduate, there are numerous job opportunities at both Danish and international IT companies.
So how do you convince young people that their dream job is in the City of Copenhagen? And what about the seasoned professionals from the private sector - what would make them apply for a job at Group IT?
02 Solution
We delved into the target groups and identified a number of prejudices and clichés that experienced and newly qualified IT professionals have about a municipal job. In addition, we spoke to employees who had defied the statistics and had already become part of Koncern IT.
The solution was a series of dynamic stills that were rolled out across online and offline media. They portrayed a variety of employees with a brief description of their work tasks. This gave the target groups the opportunity to mirror themselves in their future colleagues and at the same time dismantle prejudices that a municipality, for example, does not work with leading digital technologies or that they do not value professional sparring and development.
