01 Task
Medice Nordic Denmark wanted to be present at Folkemødet and highlight an overlooked societal challenge: the 45,000 young people and adults over the age of 25 with ADHD who are outside the labor market or the education system.
The goal was to cut through the noise and give a voice to a group that is often forgotten in the public debate. Holm wanted to create the framework for a strong and topical debate on how young adults with ADHD can become an active part of society - for the benefit of both themselves and the Danish economy.
02 Solution
On a sunny day on Bornholm, we gathered experts, politicians and business people for a sharp debate about the barriers and opportunities adults with ADHD face in the labor market.
Journalist and author Niels Krause Kjær was moderator and steered the powerful panel consisting of:
- Emilie Damm Klarskov, Head of Analysis, Arbejderbevægelsens Erhvervsråd
- Lotte Hjortlund Andersen, Director, HR, Culture & Communication (CHRO), COOP
- Louise Brown, Health Spokesperson, Liberal Alliance
- Jakob Kjellberg, Professor of Health Economics, VIVE - The Danish Centre for Social Science Research and Analysis
- Mette Feifer, Deputy Director, Danish Chamber of Commerce
- Jakob Ørnbjerg, ADHD specialist & psychiatrist
We were responsible for concept development, event planning and expert panel. In addition, we developed a detailed moderator handbook that ensured a sharp and targeted debate that emphasized the themes and messages that were important to Medicine Nordic Denmark.
