Ministerial visit puts digital experience centre on the map

Launching a new digital center

01 Task

Launching a new digital center

IT company SAP was to launch its new digital experience center in Copenhagen. The SAP Experience Center showcases how new technology can power companies’ and organizations' digital transformation through interactive spaces and concrete tools.

The challenge was to reach all decision-makers with an interest in technology as well as companies, organizations, politicians, and students. The purpose was to discuss intelligent use of data, design and digital business models.

02 Solution

Minister to drive press coverage

Holm planned a seven-week strategy leading up to the opening. We also developed a detailed content plan that included videos, infographics, and social media posts.

We also helped generate media coverage across social media channels with a particular focus on LinkedIn.

The SAP Experience Center officially opened on Oktober 5, 2017. Here former Minister for Business and Growth Brian Mikkelsen cut the ribbon with a digital scissors and paid tribute to digital Denmark's innovation courage in his speech. Ida Auken, the President of the SIRI Commission and Adam Lebech of DI Digital also attended the opening.

Brian Mikkelsen opened the center

14 journalists attended alongside business leaders and politicians

20 press reports including live TV interviews

+50 content pieces shared on social media

300 events and over 5,000 guests during the first year
