Holm Kommunikation brings in a new partner from its own ranks in the form of senior advisor Esben Berg Nielsen, who joins the ownership group after 10 years at the agency. At the same time, the management team is expanded with two new directors.
Holm strengthens its management team with the appointment of senior advisor Esben Berg Nielsen as a new partner. The partner group also includes founder Morten Holm and Christian Top Marchant.
Esben is 35 years old and has been with Holm Kommunikation since 2013. In particular, he has been co-responsible for growing the agency's business within PR, strategic communication consulting and crisis communication for both Danish and international companies.
"Esben is a highly skilled advisor and a good colleague who has played a central role in the daily operations of the agency in recent years. We are pleased that he will now be even closer to the business, where his meticulous and critical approach to the communicative craft will keep us sharp in the coming years," says Morten Holm, founder and partner.
Esben Berg has been part of the agency's management team since 2021 and will in his role as partner take on an important task of strengthening the agency's position in the market. Esben will continue to act as an advisor for selected clients, which especially includes larger international companies in need of strategic advice in the Danish market.

Expansion of the management team
The agency also invites two employees to join the management team. On September 1, Mette Nord, new Director with special responsibility for health and sustainability, and Thorstein Theilgaard, Public Affairs Director, will join the agency's management team.
Christian is responsible for the agency's ITclients, which he advises on strategic communication, PR and crisis communication. Christian holds an MA in Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen. in Media Studies from the University of Copenhagen and has as part of his education studied Media Studies and International Relations at the University of Westminster in London. He has previously worked with PR consulting for IT companies as an intern and student assistant at Text100 and Burson-Marsteller.
